"An elegant, gentle perfumed nose with apple in the background and warm spices playing the main role. On the palate the apple is more obvious, with complex medlar fruit notes of aged skin and fresh fruit. It's all supported well with warm-spicy oak developing to a lingering finish with more warm spices."
