"Deep golden colour and clear to appearance. Vanilla essence, an poached pear in its earliest process prior to reduction and toffee apple on the nose with toasted wood on the back note. Some heat at the end beginning of the palate which tempers out to leave a smooth finish. Caramel, vanilla and apple come through on the palate.
